OK, so, I've been on the National Citizens Service (NCS) Program for three weeks now.
At the start I thought that I'd be terrified constantly and I wouldn't make any friends and It'd be boring as hell....
I couldn't have been more wrong!! so far it's been two weeks of residentials (one week - 5 days, 4 nights - at Worksop College in Sherwood Country, and a second week in Shuttleworth College - also 5 days and 4 nights) and a thrid week, this week, for the final planning of our Social Action Project (S.A.P).
If I haven't mentioned our S.A.P. is a sponsored head shave (yes, I'll be losing my hair for Keech Cottage Hospice) and a bake sale (all on the 20th of September this year).
To my surprise I've coped rather well with the whole thing!!
